OSWEGATCHIE — Two St. Lawrence County residents were charged with felony drug possession Tuesday afternoon, according to state police.
Richard K. Reese, 32, DeKalb Junction, and Francis R. Baker, 47, Hammond, were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: More than 10 grams of a stimulant, felony, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, officers said.
Both subjects were charged at 12:42 p.m. and ordered held.
