OGDENSBURG — St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies have charged three people with criminal possession of fentanyl and cocaine.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office arrested Patrick L. Martino, 44, Ogdensburg, Ashley A. Fuller, 36 of Ogdensburg, and Geoffery D. Peay, 42, of Brooklyn, on Sept. 26 8:35 pm.
All three subjects were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st degree (8 ounces or more of a narcotic drug) which is a class Al- felony. The arrest stemmed from an execution of a search warrant at a residence in the Town of Oswegatchie. During the execution of the search warrant Detectives recovered approximately 8.1 ounces of cocaine and approximately 22 grams of fentanyl, as well as digital scales, packaging material and approximately $3,700.00.
All three subjects were arraigned in the Town of Hermon court by Judge Velez where all three subjects were remained to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
All three subjects are due back in court on a later date for further court proceedings.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office was assisted by New York State Police VGNET, US Border Patrol, City of Ogdensburg Police Department, Massena Police Department, Homeland Security and Investigation, and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force (SLCDTF).
