NORWOOD — Two Norwood men who are registered sex offenders were charged with failing to register changes of address, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Carl E. Monroe Jr., 42 and Russell W. Crossman, 69, allegedly moved to 14 Mechanic Street and did not register their new address in the required 10 days, officers said.
The charge is a felony, deputies said.
Both subjects were cited and released.
