FOWLER -- Two North Country men were charged Saturday evening following a burglary complaint, according to state police.
Matthew S. Jarrett, 35, Norfolk, and Robert D. Adner, 31, Constable, were charged with third-degree burglary, felony, shortly after 6 p.m., police said.
Troopers said the men were held on cash bail.
