MORRISTOWN — Two Morristown residents were charged with taking another person’s vehicle without permission, according to state police.
Troopers said they charged Daniel M. Strong, 26, and Judith A. Ellison, were charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle and petit larceny, officers said.
Both subjects reportedly had been given permission to use the vehicle for a specific amount of time, but they took the vehicle again without the owner’s permission.
They also allegedly took the victim’s cellphone.
Strong and Ellison were both cited and released.
