MADRID – Two Fulton residents were arrested early this morning for allegedly possessing more than ten pounds of pot in their vehicle, according to state police.
Jamie L. Shene, 24, and Randy A. Smart, 25, were charged with first degree criminal possession of marijuana at 7 a.m. on NYS Hwy. 310.
The charge is a felony, police said.
