LISBON — Two Lisbon residents were jailed on methamphetamine charges after St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies raided a Woods Road residence Oct. 14.
Deputies said the arrests came after officers were at 226 Woods Road apartment 2 to arrest two subjects on warrants.
During their investigation deputies observed components used in manufacturing methamphetamine and then applied for a search warrant.
Donald Dobbs III, 32, was charged Oct. 15 with third-degree manufacturing methamphetamine, felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
Elizabeth Burnet, no age listed, was charged with Third-degree manufacturing methamphetamine, felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, deputies said.
Officers said they discovered an active meth lab, along with other items used to manufacture meth.
Dobbs was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail and Burnet was jailed on $5,000 bail, deputies said.
The original warrant for Dobbs was from St. Lawrence County Court and Brunet had warrants from Canton and Gouverneur courts.
Sheriff’s were assisted by members of the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, Ogdensburg police and New York State Police CCSERT.
