GOUVERNEUR — Two Niagra Falls residents were charged with introducing dangerous prison contraband at the Gouverneur Correctional Facility, 112 Scotch Settlement Road Saturday afternoon, according to state police.
Shaneka M. Kelly, 36, was charged with first-degree introducing dangerous prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:20 p.m., officers said.
She was released on her own recognizance, officers said.
Tierrea D. Adams, 31, was charged with first-degree introducing dangerous prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:20 p.m., officers said.
