MASSENA — Massena police arrested two people for possession of narcotics Friday, Dec. 2.
Timothy A. Scott, 36, and Katrina G. Stephenson, 31, both of Massena, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a control substance: Intent to sell, a felony, after a police executed a search warrant on Stoughton Avenue.
Scott and Stephenson were arraigned in town court and remanded to the county jail.
Massena police were assisted by the county sheriff’s department, state police, and Homeland Security investigators.
