MASSENA -- A Virginia man was charged with a felony Thursday following a weapon investigation, according to state police.
Christopher O. Pollard, 40, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: Loaded firearm at 4:25 p.m., officers said.
His arrest status was not made public.
