OGDENSBURG – A Hammond teen who allegedly damaged Hammond Central School property after being asked to leave the grounds has been charged by state police.
Deric J. Krake, 17, Hammond, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct Wednesday after he allegedly broke a window in an entrance door and used profane language after being asked to leave the school.
He was issued an appearance ticket for Hammond Town Court on Sept. 29.
