OGDENSBURG — Three St. Lawrence County inmates were charged with felonies following a March assault complaint, according to state police.

• Quahmeik D. Harrell, 26, Rochester, was charged Aug. 16 with second-degree gang assault, assault while confined in a correctional facility, assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, all felonies, officers said.

• Daquan Watkins, 29, New York, was charged July 21 with assault while confined in a correctional facility, officers said.

• Devon Ridgeway, 25, Queens, was charged July 21 with assault while confined in a correctional facility, police said.

All three were ordered held.
