OGDENSBURG — Three individuals were arrested on Jan. 13 following an investigation into a missing juvenile, police say.
Tina M. Compo, 52, Lee Loffler, 37, and Shelby LaJoy, 24, were all charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree for attempting to prevent officers from locating the juvenile, police say.
All suspects were arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and released on their own recognizance.
