Three arrested, fourth sought following Ogdensburg drug investigations

OGDENSBURG -- City police say three people have been arrested, and they are looking for a fourth, following two recent drug investigations.

On July 7, Ogdensburg Police say they responded to 1111 Congress Street, Ogdensburg “in order to follow up on a previous complaint.” New York State Parole was also there, attempting to locate a parolee, police said.

While looking into the previous complaint and assisting parole, police say they found items commonly used for the manufacturing of methamphetamines.

That led them to arresting Trina M. Petrie, 41, of 1111 Congress St. and charging her with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. She was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and released, police said.

The investigation is still on going. Investigators ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of one Steven E. Davis to contact the Ogdensburg Police Department at 315-393-1555.

The same day, Ogdensburg police responded to a complaint at 424 Caroline St., Apt. 1.

Police say they also found there items commonly used for making meth. They got a search warrant and executed it with assistance from New York State Police CCERT, St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force and New York State Parole.

That led to them arresting Tyler D. Finley, 35, and Derrick J. Bush, 38, both of 424 Caroline Street, Apt. 1. They were each third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. Both were arraigned in City Court.

Bush was held without bail on a New York state parole warrant. Finley was released on his own recognizance, police said.
