POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber says the tickets to the Feb. 11 Clarkson University hockey game against Brown are going fast.

Thanks to the support of the university, the sale of these tickets benefits Chamber programs.

Chamber director Marylee Ballou said, “Tickets are going fast, so we encourage everyone to get their tickets early especially if you are coming with a group.”

Tickets are $13 each, with the added bonus of being entered into a drawing for a Valentine-themed gift package with items donated by member businesses, and for a Potsdam gift certificate giveaway.

Three lucky ticket holders will be given the chance to “Make the Shot,” and the first one to succeed will win a 2011 Jeep Wrangler, thanks to Blevin’s Motors. These contestants must meet eligibility requirements.

“At this game, Clarkson will also be honoring those who serve in our military with special consideration for those from Fort Drum,” said outgoing chamber board president Janice Adderley.

“This would be a wonderful opportunity to come out and let them know how much they mean to us here in the North Country,” she said.
