Travis GreenMASSENA — A Massena man was charged with two felonies Tuesday stemming from theft reports, according to village police.
Travis A. Green, 38, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, officers said.
He was also charged with auto-stripping, a misdemeanor, police said.
Green was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail, officers said.
