OSWEGATCHIE – State police with the Violent Gangs and Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Community Stabilization Unit have charged a Syracuse man with multiple felonies.
Jesse D. Outley, 26, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (B-Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th (C-Felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (A- Misdemeanor), after uniformed police conducted a traffic stop on State Route 37, police say.
Outley was found to be in possession of 500 bags of heroin along with a quantity of Acetaminophen and Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills, troopers say.
New York State Police were assisted by U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force and the Ogdensburg Police Department.
