Weak high pressure will build into the St. Lawrence Valley today and the first half of tonight with dry, seasonable weather along with variable cloud cover, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Expect a high today around 62 with sunny skies, the service says, The overnight low will be around 43.
A warm front will lift north into southern counties later tonight, and across the area Monday into Monday night with increasing chances of showers, NWS says. The unsettled weather pattern continues for the remainder of the week with additional systems.bringing shower chances Tuesday, Wednesday, and again by next Saturday.

Showers likely, mainly after 3pm. Cloudy, with a high near 55. Calm wind becoming northeast around 6 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Showers likely. Cloudy, with a low around 47. Northeast wind 6 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tuesday
A 40 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 63. Northeast wind around 6 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
