STOCKHOLM — A Stockholm woman was arrested Sept. 11 after allegedly entering a garage on Old Market Road and stealing redeemable bottles and cans, according to state police.
Jennifer L. Woodward, 43, was charged with third-degree burglary, officers said.
Woodward was located shortly after the theft at Laneuville’s Recycling Center in Massena returning the bottles she had just stolen, troopers said.
She was released on her own recognizance, officers said.
