NEWTON FALLS - NY State Police say they have identified a person in a photo they wished to question about a Dec. 29 fire.
Troopers are investigating a structure fire at 939 County Route 60 in Newton Falls Dec. 29. The fire occurred around 4:30 a.m.
There was also a fire at that address on Dec. 18 which state police were already investigating.
Police said their investigation is continuing. They did not release his name or say that any charges have been filed.
