CHATEAUGAY — A missing teen from Chateaugay was found deceased Tuesday morning near his residence, according to state police.
Troopers reportedly found the body of John R. Sexton, 18, around 9:48 a.m. dead near his residence.
Franklin County Coroner responded to the scene and authorized removal of the body to Alice Hyde Medical Center, officers said.
An autopsy will be performed University of Vermont Healthcare Network at CVPH in Plattsburgh on November 27, police said.
Police said the death remains under investigation.
