HAMMOND — A Potsdam man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a personal-injury accident on State Highway 12 Sunday afternoon, according to state police.
Gary M. Balaban, 55, was charged with first-offense DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right, officers said.
No details on injuries were provided.
Balaban was cited and released.
