GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with a felony Monday stemming from a Nov. 5 prison contraband complaint made to state police.
Luis Colon, 33, was charged with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband at 8 a.m., officers said.
His arrest status was not made available.

OGDENSBURG — Two Ogdensburg men were charged with felonies Monday stemming from prison contraband complaints made to state police last fall.
David Hall, 28, was charged with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband at 8:23 a.m., officers said. The alleged incident took place June 14.
Brandon V. Hanrahan, 25, was charged with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband at 8 a.m., officers said. The alleged incident took place Sept. 28.
