St. Lawrence County Public Health reports 118 new cases of COVID-19 Friday, Jan. 15

One hundred and eighteen new cases of COVID-19 were reported to St. Lawrence County Public Health today (Friday, Jan. 15).

The total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases to-date to 3,651.

Public Health said 1,075 cases are active. Visit https://www.stlawco.org/ to check out the COVID-19 Cases by Town map layouts.

The county agency states that 2,521 cases have been released from isolation*

Thirty-five cases are hospitalized.

Fifty-five deaths have occurred.

This fatality data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on Jan. 15 before 2 p.m.

Public Health said 160,528 COVID-19 tests have been performed as of Jan. 14; this testing data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on Jan. 15 before 2 p.m.

Testing is being done through both St. Lawrence Health Systems and Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Testing is by appointment only.
