CANTON — A St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility inmate was charged Friday after allegedly assaulting another inmate earlier in the week, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Christian R. Leeder, 28, is accused of second-degree assault, felony, officers said.
He was arraigned and returned to jail.
