St. Lawrence County adds 15 new COVID-19 cases Saturday; nine cases hospitalized

St. Lawrence County added 15 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, according to St. Lawrence County Public Health.

Nine of the cases are hospitalized, officials said.

The total number of confirmed cases is now 864.

The remaining items monitored (active/isolation/tests) as well as the maps will be updated on Monday, Nov. 30.

Testing for COVID-19 is done through local hospital systems by appointment only. Call the numbers below between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. if you have symptoms or feel you should be tested:

"New York On PAUSE continues until December 3rd 2020 (as written in Executive Order 202.72), requiring postponement, cancellation, or restriction of all non-essential gatherings of more than 10 (ten) individuals at private residences, and other gatherings occurring indoors must not exceed 50% of maximum capacity up to 50 people, provided the region has reached Phase 4 of the State’s reopening, and provided that social distancing, face covering, and cleaning and disinfection protocols required by the Department of Health are adhered to.
