COLTON — A S. Colton man was charged with driving while intoxicated following investigation of a property-damage accident on Windmill Road Wednesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Leo F. Sawyer Jr., 30, was charged with first-offense DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed not reasonable or prudent, officers said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was .15%, officers said.
Sawyer was cited and released.
