Seventy-nine new COVID cases reported in St. Lawrence County

St. Lawrence County Public Health reports 79 new cases of COVID as of Tuesday, Oct. 26.

COVID by the numbers in St. Lawrence County:

Total number of confirmed positives to-date: 12,315

Active cases: 426

Released from isolation: 11,761

Hospitalizations: 22

Deaths: 128

Total number of tests performed to date: 424,264

% of Fully vaccinated in St. Lawrence County: 54.8

% of St. Lawrence County positivity rate: 5.68

The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department is currently holding COVID-19 Vaccination clinics every Monday and Wednesday at 80 St. Hwy 310, Suite 2, Canton. To make an appointment, call 315-229-3452.

Vaccinations are available at local pharmacies.

If you or someone you know is homebound and is interested in receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, call Public Health at 315-386-2325.

SLC Public Health will be offering a Johnson & Johnson vaccine clinic for anyone 18 years and older at the Massena Community Center, Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 2-5:00PM.

Pfizer Booster Clinics - Appointments are required for the Booster Clinics.

Testing is being done at the locations listed below. Some urgent cares and provider offices are also performing testing. Testing is by appointment only.
