AKWESASNE — The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is reporting seven new cases of COVID-19 today, which makes 22 total active cases under the Tribe’s jurisdiction.
Three infected community members have resolved since yesterday, leaving 56 still in quarantine.
The EOC is urging individuals to take personal action to prevent any further spread. If you have received quarantine or isolation orders, please remain at home and do not travel until you are released by a public health official. Do not place other people’s health at risk
Seniors ages 65 and older can now call the Tribe’s Office for the Aging to pre-register to receive a vaccination.
A provider from Health Services will contact you to complete a health screening and schedule your appointment.
