POTSDAM — The Clarkson University women’s hockey team will stop at Lawrence Avenue elementary school today at noon so students can cheer them on as players leave for the Frozen Four tournament.
Clarkson earned a trip to the Frozen Four following a 2-1 overtime win against Boston College at Cheel Arena on Saturday.
CU will face off against Wisconsin in the semifinals on Friday in Connecticut.
This is the fourth straight year the women have made the Frozen Four.
Clarkson is a two-time defending national champion.
