POTSDAM — New York State Sen. Joseph Griffo, R-I-C-Rome, will make several stops in the North Country Tuesday, July 20 including a touchdown in Potsdam.
Sen. Griffo will present a New York State Senate Commendations to SUNY Potsdam President Kristin Esterberg, Potsdam Snack Pack Program Founder Laurell Brault and former St. Lawrence County Public Health Director Dana O. McGuire at about 2:30 p.m. at the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce.
Earlier in the day the senator is expected to make a stop at the opening of the Lewis County fair in Lowville and to present commendations to local leaders there.
