MORRISTOWN -- State police say they charged an Ogdensburg man with unlawfully publishing an intimate image.
Brian M. Mcdonald, 30, was charged with the misdemeanor count at 10:32 a.m. on Saturday, May 8.
Police said the charge stems from a sex offense complaint they received at 3:10 p.m. April 25.
He was cited and released, police said.
Police charged Katherine H. House, 21, Ogdensburg on May 6 with the same charge related to the same incident.
