With overnight lows -20 to -30 degrees in much of St. Lawrence County, all St. Lawrence County school districts are delaying opening for one or two hours this morning.

Today, the National Weather Service is predicting increasing clouds and cold, with a high near 4. Wind chill values as low as -21 are forecast. Calm winds becoming south around 5 mph are expected.
Tonight, light snow is likely, mainly after 1 a.m., the weather service says. Cloudy, with a low around -2. Wind chill values as low as -9. East wind between 3 and 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
