OGDENSBURG – Santa’s mailbox has arrived at Ogdensburg City Hall, said a press release from the city.
To ensure letters are received in time for a Christmas response, place letters in the mailbox no later than Sunday, Dec. 20 and make sure to include a return mailing address.
“Families and kids may be feeling a lack of Christmas joy this year, but getting a letter from Santa is a time honored tradition in Ogdensburg, and one we are happy to be able to continue despite the pandemic,” said City Manager Stephen Jellie.
“We’re doing what we can to create positive family memories,” Jellie said. “A response from Santa could be the small boost needed to get into the holiday spirit.”
