AKWESASNE -- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, arrangements have been made to provide an online presentation of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Draft 2021 Annual Tribal Budget at 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 30.

To dial-in by telephone for the budget presentation, contact the Tribe’s Communications Department at 518-358-2272 to register and receive the call-in number.

Beginning on Monday, Nov. 23, tribal members may access a summary of the Draft 2021 Annual Tribal Budget on the Tribal Member’s Portal. To access the portal, visit the Tribe’s website at www.srmt-nsn.gov, click on “Tribal Members” located in the top right corner and follow the instructions provided.

A copy can also be requested at the Ionkwakiohkwaróron Tribal Administration Building’s main reception desk prior to the public presentation on Nov. 30.

Following the Nov. 30 public meeting, tribal members will have five days to provide any additional comments or concerns about the Draft 2021 Annual Tribal Budget.

Comments must be dropped off by Monday, Dec. 7 at the Ionkwakiohkwaróron Tribal Administration Building or mailed to:

Following receipt of any written comments, the Tribe may hold a second virtual meeting to provide responses to any comments received — prior to the budget’s acceptance by Tribal Council Resolution for the coming fiscal year.
