RUSSELL -- A Russell man was charged with a felony following a sexual offense investigation that was first reported to state police in September of 2019.
Troopers said they charged 36-year old Derrick L. Moore with third-degree criminal sex act: Victim less than 17 years of age, officers said.
He was cited at 9:15 a.m. Sunday and later released.
