NORFOLK — A Russell man was charged Tuesday with stealing a vehicle in July, according to state police.
Patrick A. Pierce, 30, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, felony, at 2:23 p.m. at the police station in Massena, police said.
The vehicle, which belonged to Pierce’s employer, was located abandoned Aug. 8 in South Carolina by South Carolina Highway Patrol, troopers said.
He was cited and released.
