HERMON — A Russell man was charged Sunday for aggravated unlicensed operation and impaired driving following a traffic stop, according to state police.
Christopher E. Dafoe, 34, was charged at 10:50 a.m. with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, and operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, offices said.
He was also charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, troopers said.
He was cited and released.
