MASSENA -- There is a vacancy on the Joint Recreation Commission.
George Trippany is resigning his seat because he is moving out of the area, Councilor Albert Nicola said at Wednesday's town board meeting.
"George has been an excellent board member. It's a real loss to the community, to the recreation commission," Nicola said.
