LAWRENCE — A report of a vehicle fire ended up in the arrest of a Wolcott man on Tuesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Javin W. Watson, 38, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest, officers said.
The incident took place on Water Street.
Watson was arraigned virtually and released on his own recognizance, deputies said.
Orders of protection were issued in favor of the victims, officers said.
