State Assemblyman Mark Walczyk announced Monday that he has picked up the endorsement of the Empire State’s Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
ABC represents contractors across the state and works every day to ensure their members secure work and deliver the safest, most ethical, and profitable work that benefits the community. With Walczyk’s proven record that defends taxpayers, ABC feels he is the right choice to represent St. Lawrence and Jefferson Counties in the State Assembly.
“We’re proud to endorse Mark to continue to represent the district. He’s distinguished himself as a true champion for the taxpayers. If there were more people like Mark in Albany New York would not be one of the leading states for population loss. We hope the voters of the district return him to Albany so he can continue his good work,” said Brian Sampson, President of the Empire State Chapter of ABC.
ABCs endorsement of Assemblyman Mark Walczyk is the most recent in a list that continues to grow as he seeks his second term as Assemblyman. To date, Walczyk has been endorsed by PBANYS, Unshackle Upstate, the NRA, the North Atlantic State Regional Council of Carpenters, Local 277, NYSUT, the state’s largest teacher’s union, the Ogdensburg Police Department Patrolman Benevolent Association, the Business Council of New York State, Inc, Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 73, CSEA, the NYSTPBA, the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Association and the New York State Law Enforcement Officers Union, Council 82, Local 2390 and the New York State Police Investigators Association.
