POTSDAM – Rep. Bill Owens will be in Potsdam and Canton Friday.
Owens will be visiting middle and high school educators and guidance counselors at the “National Manufacturing Day” event at Clarkson University in Potsdam.
He will then tour the exhibits at TAUNY -- Traditional Arts of Upstate NY -- in Canton.
Owens, a Plattsburgh Democrat, is running to retain his seat in Congress representing the North Country’s 21st district, challenged by Watertown Republican Matt Doheny and the Green Party’s Donald Hassig of Colton.
