WESTVILLE — A Rensselaer Falls man was charged with burglary Sunday stemming from a complaint made to state police March 14.
Troopers said they arrested 20-year old Zachary J. Starnes and charged him with second-degree burglary.
Police say Starnes allegedly forced entry into a State Highway 37 home and stole property.
He was cited and released.
