A flood watch is in effect for St. Lawrence County from 11 p.m. until April 16 at 8 a.m., according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

Rain is expected to start after 4 p.m. with the chance of thunderstorms tonight, between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m., forecasters say. An overnight low of 39 is likely.

Rain will continue Monday until around 2 p.m. and then showers are possible until 4 p.m., the service says.

Monday night will be windy with gusts of 30 miles per hour possible, NWS says.
