CANTON — Canton VFW 1231, 34 Gouverneur St., welcomes the public to participate in its Queen of Hearts raffle every Tuesday.
Tickets cost $1 and are on sale from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekly. The public is welcome Tuesdays from 4 - 7 p.m. when the drawing is held at 7 p.m.
Every card pays. So there is a winner every week.
The VFW Auxiliary sells fresh food between 4-7 p.m.
The current Jackpot is over $11,500. When The Queen is drawn the winner receives 60% of jackpot and is responsible for all taxes.
