MASSENA – The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation is conducting a sealed bid surplus sale Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 9 a.m.
Sale items include cranes, vacuum truck, containers, milling machines, work benches, tool boxes, computer equipment, office furniture, miscellaneous electrical and plumbing parts, scaffolding, scrap steel, scrap wood, aluminum boat and trailer, buoys, and other parts and equipment.
The items will be sold “where is and as is.” Viewing of sales items will be held weekdays through Aug. 27 from 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. only.
The Corporation reserves the right to change the viewing hours at their discretion.
All items are located at the corporation’s maintenance facility at Massena Center Road, 251 Fregoe Rd.
To obtain a bid package, contact the corporation’s supply office by telephone at 315-764-3221 or email supply@dot.gov.
Packages may also be picked up at the time of inspection.
A public bid opening will be held Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 9 a.m. at the corporation’s administration building, 180 Andrews St.
There will be no viewing hours on the day of the bid opening.
