CANTON -- Three Potsdam teens recently donated more than $700 to St. Lawrence NYSARC’s Gallery of Arts and Learning.
The group held a “Read-a-Thon” to raise the money for this project. The teens have organized several Read-a-Thons over the past six years and have earned over $5,000 for various organizations.
The students, Rachael Clements, Rhiannon Clements and Sammie Frick said they were inspired to donate to GOAL because their desire help others. Much of the support from this donation comes from the members of the Methodist Church in Potsdam.
