POTSDAM -- A Potsdam resident is charged with subjecting a client to sexual contact during a massage.
Village police say they charged Dung Nguyen, 51, with forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse at 12:33 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10.
Police say the charges stem from a Sept. 7 incident report where Nguyen, while working at Top Nails Salon, allegedly subjected a client to non-consensual sexual contact during a massage.
Police said Nguyen was released with an appearance ticket for Potsdam Town Court on Sept. 23 at noon.
