Potsdam Public Library board elections June 12

POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Public Library Board of Trustees holds elections for three board seats from 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 12 at the Potsdam Civic Center, 2 Park St.

The terms of the seats are three years, now held by Patricia Burdick, Carol Halliday, and David Bradford.

Petitions nominating candidates must be filed with Clerk of the Board Dawn Bartow no later than 5 p.m. Monday, May 14. All petitions must be signed by a minimum of 25 qualified voters of the Potsdam School District. Petitions may be obtained at the library.

A qualified voter is a citizen of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and resident within the school district for 30 days before the election.
