POTSDAM – Village police have arrested one suspect in a house burglary and have a warrant out for another.
Michael T. Berry, 24, Norwood, has been charged with second-degree burglary in the theft of a check and a container of coins from a home in the village.
Berry was arraigned in village court for allegedly participating, with a female accomplice, in the theft.
An arrest warrant for a female, who is in a facility downstate, remains active, according to police.
Berry was released to the supervision of the Probation Department. He is due back in village court May 9.
